We at Smile Art Dentistry are committed to providing the highest quality dental care in a caring and professional environment. Our goal is to make your next visit a rewarding and comfortable experience.

Financial Arrangements & Insurance

We accept all PPO insurance. We make every effort to maximize your insurance benefits.

We have many financing and payment options available. We accept all major credit cards. Discounts are available for cash patients. If you need financing we can assist you with Care Credit and Chase Health Advance financing programs, offering interest free or extended payment plans. Other payment arrangements can be made in advance for special circumstances. We also have special discounts for patients who pay for their treatment up front.

Appointment Policy

Two business days notice is required for appointment cancelations. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of the scheduled visit. The visit can be rescheduled and the charge can be applied to the future visit if it is within 30 days of cancellation. Payment is expected at the time of service with cash, check or credit card.
